What you’ll do:

• Understand the background and identify the question/problem to be addressed: Identify the issue to be resolved by exploring the background and probing the project's user needs, in order to fully grasp the context and thereby define the research need.
• Develop the research plan: Once you understand the context and problem, define the research objective, along with secondary objectives, formulate hypotheses and assumptions.
• Define the research methodology: Based on the objectives, hypotheses, and assumptions, define the appropriate methodology to address them. Specify the profile and sample, as well as the necessary materials to ensure that all previously set objectives will be met.
• Promote and carry out best research practices: Execute objective, neutral, and empathetic field research techniques, both moderated and unmoderated, to gather information without biases.
• Analytical and insightful capabilities: Be capable of analyzing and synthesizing the gathered information to identify relevant insights according to the objectives, effectively presenting results with recommendations and actionable insights of value for both the user and the business.

What you should know to succeed in this role:

• Analytical thinking: The ability to analyze and understand contexts of varying complexity and see multiple perspectives on the same problem, with the intention of making a decision.
• Critical thinking: The ability to observe, question, or properly investigate the facts or hypotheses presented in the face of a problem to be solved. Being able to gather diverse information to reach logical and justified conclusions for making better decisions.
• Creative thinking: The ability to propose different solutions to the same challenge and enrich the development of a project with new ideas.
• Facilitation: Having resources to assist a heterogeneous group of stakeholders in orienting themselves toward decision-making and achieving shared commitments.
• Project management: The ability to organize people, resources, and project tasks to achieve objectives.
• Negotiation: Collaborating with other areas to reach agreements and develop solutions. Presenting and supporting content proposals clearly to ensure that texts are useful for both people and the business.
• Data-driven decision-making: Consulting and utilizing various sources of qualitative and quantitative information.
