Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate defined debit cards processes and functionalities that have an impact in T24(card issue, cancelation, transactions, checks, etc)
• Perform gap analysis and list detailed requirements, services, and integration
• Collaborate with other team members to efficiently document requirements, dependencies and estimate efforts 
• Create different scenarios and plans for implementation based on analyzed requirements, dependencies and efforts
• Document changes to be implemented and relevant teaching manuals
• Write user manuals and prepare easy to understand documentation

Skills Required:

•  Strong analytical and critical thinking
•   in-depth technical knowledge of T24 and payment processes in T24.
•  Strong written and verbal communication
•  knowledge of banking processes desirable, specially with debit cards.
