This is a lead role that will be accountable to develop Test Strategy & Plans. This role will have daily oversight over 15+ Consultants. Ideal candidate will have substantial experience overseeing testing efforts for complex implementations. Must have experience developing and presenting to Sr Leadership across Business and Technology.
Must Have:
-10+ years of overall experience
-6+ years of leading testing of Data initiatives including Data migration, Data transformation and Data Quality Validation Tests (DQVT)
-Strong program delivery skills to coordinate the activities with multiple project team members in onsite/nearshore/offshore model. (Required)
-Experience Data Modernization Programs - interacting Business and IT teams to drive requirements, solution design, implementation, and data validations.
-Good at stakeholder communication with oral, written, and presentation skills.

-3+ years of Snowflake DB Testing experience with strong SQL skills
