• 3-5 years of experience

• Experience with ServiceNow

• Experience working with CMDB

• Advanced excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)

• Experience in both hardware and software asset and configuration management processes

• knowledge of IT business infrastructure elements (storage, virtual environments, network configurations, O.S. configurations)

• Bilingual Spanish/English - Written and Verbal


Nice to haves: ITIL Certification
