-Management of IT Areas in order to maintain services working from some of the core systems of the Bank.

- Responsible for keeping track of the delivery forecasts of the entire project

- Lead the project office to ensure that the quality of the project met the standards set by the Bank and the Client. 

-Identify relevance and give continuity to incidents reported.

-Follow up of new projects that bring permanent solutions to the reported incidents.

-Management of DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan), in terms of logistic and availability for the applications that use the areas supported.

-Management of high availability tests for core applications and processes.

-Elaboration of KPI’s reports to evaluate the more affected areas and the time of response on the reported incidents


  • 5 years of experience as Project Manager & Service Manager
  • Good communication and negotiation with client
  • Fluent english
