What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for Level 3 support (code support) of CRM applications, either batch (mainly COBOL) or online (mainly Banksphere/Java)
  • Lead post-implementation validations on technical and infrastructure BAU changes
  • Assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents
  • Participates and, in some cases, lead code reviews and root cause analysis

Requisitos

What you should know to succeed in this role:

  • 5 years of hand-on experience on programming languages:
  • COBOL
  • Informatica Power Center
  • Java
  • Unix
  • SQL
  • Larger focus on COBOL and Informatica Power Center
  •  Knowledge of ETL processes and batch scheduling tools (i.e. Control-M)
  • Banksphere experience would be a great selling point
  • Experience in Event-based solutions
  • Experience in CRM systems and/or Data Analytics
  • Fluent in English
